Baccio Couture Luxury Designer Formal Return Policy

 

Refunds

Baccio Couture does not accept refunds. All returns must be for exchange credit only.

 

Exchange Policy 

To initiate a return, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) from Baccio Couture customer service. All exchanges are subject to management's approval. All exchanges must be of equal value or more. All goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with original tags attached.

 

Damaged Items 

If you receive a damaged item, you must contact Baccio Couture customer service within seven (7) days of receipt to request an exchange. You must also provide a note detailing the location and type of damage to the garment.

 

Return Instructions

To request a return:

  1. Please contact sales@bacciocouture.com with your order number.
  2. Provide your desired size exchange or reason for return (include photos in case of quality defect).
  3. We will then provide you with an Return Authorization Number or credit towards the purchase of another item of equal or higher value.

All returns must be accompanied by an RA Number. Please clearly label the return package with your Account Number, Name & Address, and the RA Number. Include this information inside the box as well. Baccio Couture must receive the item within seven (7) days of the issue of the RA Number.

 

Additional Information

Baccio Couture does not send invoices out with Drop Shipments. Baccio Couture is not responsible for any lost shipments, and Baccio Couture will not be responsible for any items returned without an RA Number. Baccio Couture is not responsible for any items damaged because of improper care, including failure to follow all handling and cleaning instructions. Baccio Couture will not accept Items received after 7 days.
